LOVZme is a fashion lingerie online marketplace. It is one of India's best online shop to buy Bra, Panties, Sportswear, Shape wear, T-shirts, Jeans, Leggings, Nightwear with great product quality and competitive pricing.

The Challenge

LOVZMe was not a Social Media savvy as a brand in the Fashion & Apparel industry. They did not have a set up for ORM which is critical for any brand trying to establish its identity as well as serve customers online. They required assistance on product images, brand guidelines, reduction in high CPL rates, and UI for the website. They also required a tracking mechanism for online advertising and a strategic content approach to create a strong brand narrative.

Our Approach

We streamlined the entire communication process for LOVZMe. From setting up brand guidelines to setting up ORM mechanisms, we started offering customized content for each social platform. We also streamlined the entire digital advertising mechanism. We suggested UI & UX changes on the website which reduced the bounce rate in single digit percentages . Our efforts also saw a reduced Cost Per Lead for website visitors. We had real-time ORM mechanisms put in place. Our team created engaging content by way of Instagram stories, posts, blogs, and contests to increase the number of followers and the way they engaged with the brand. We also supported client on fashion photo shoot ideas and behind the scene videos.

The Result

We helped LovzME scale across digital platforms. The brand increased its fan-base from 840 to 2,930 in a span of 6 months organically on Instagram and 15,949 new likes on Facebook. We also managed to convert 97% of our TG in our required targeted gender (Which was female) on Instagram and 94% of our TG in our required targeted age-group (Which was 18-45 years) on Facebook. During these 6 months, we conducted 6 contests, to engage and reward our audience on a regular basis. Facebook Page badge ranking also improved from 2.3 to 4.2 with the help of quick responses done on the all social platforms with the maximum response time of 2 hours only.
